We want your purchase to be enjoyable and successful for both parties. Please take time to understand our policies prior to purchasing. Our #1 rule? When in doubt, please ask! And by the way, NO question is a dumb question!

Shipping

We will generally ship all orders within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping notice with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Once you package is out of our hands, we can not control delays in the postal system! Please place your order accordingly. If you need your items rushed, you may want to contact us to upgrade the delivery service. We can quote you costs for Priority, Overnight, and Express

Insurance can be added to any beading shipment for $1.35 per $50.00 order. Insurance is always optional, but we recommend it for large orders.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure your package arrives safe and sound, we are not responsible for any uninsured shipment, and we can not control delays in the postal system.

Our Commitment

We know that in order for each and every customer to have a satisfying experience, we must maintain certain standards. We take these standards very seriously.

We do our very best to represent each and every item to the best of our ability. If you have received an item that you are not 100% pleased with, we ask that you let us know. We gladly accept returns of products in their original condition for a full refund of the purchase price - or for exchange.

We do everything possible to communicate with our buyers through each step of the transaction including sending tracking information when the package is shipped. This is only as good as the email that is provided to us. Please ensure that your email address is correct in your account profile and Paypal profile. If you are not hearing from us, you may need to check your spam filters or 'junk' email.

"Doing it right the first time" is imperative for our customers. We strive to make every order 100% accurate. We have counting machines and double checks at the point of order pulling and shipping.
